Stacy is the Director of the Business Career Center for Marquette University, where she steers the center’s operations, strategic planning, career advising, employer relationships, and program development serving undergraduate and graduate students, and alumni for the College of Business Administration. Stacy creates recruiting strategies for employers looking to engage with business students and helps facilitate faculty wide connections. Before joining MU, Stacy spent her career in executive leadership roles in the retail and banking industries on the East Coast and Midwest. Servant leadership is at Stacy’s core and helping people find their career path and meaningful work brings her joy. She has a passion for mentoring, connecting people, and career advising.

Julie is the Student/Alumni Engagement & Outreach Specialist for UW-Milwaukee’s School of Information Studies. She manages the internship and fieldwork programs for the Information Science & Technology and Library Information Science degrees and supports the school’s nonprof–IT internship program. MACIC was the first Professional Development group she connected with in her role at UWM and she’s been an active member ever since, serving as Professional Development Chair, President, and now Treasurer.
Julie enjoys providing encouragement and support to help students set and achieve their goals and to develop skills that will enrich their lives.

Katy is the Coordinator, Employer Relations & Internships at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) where she works to connect an organization’s scope of hiring, goals for engagement, company wide initiatives, and interest in engagement opportunities. She then develops a recruitment strategy for employers seeking to engage WLC talent throughout the year. She assists in overseeing the internship program, working with students who choose to register their internship experience for credit. Monitoring Handshake, seasonal events, career fairs, professional development workshops, etc. also take time to present students with ongoing options and valuable networking opportunities.

Casey is the Assistant Director, Employer Relations at the Marquette University Career Services Center, where he drives campuswide strategy for connecting employer partners with opportunities to engage with students in ways that are meaningful, impactful, and authentic. Casey facilitates communication and collaboration within a network of employers, faculty advocates, staff partners, and student leaders in order to enhance student access to career opportunities and enrich learning outcomes — all while striving to keep the human element of career discernment intact. Prior to his journey into higher education, Casey spent several years as a recruiter of entry-level talent at a behavioral health clinic, and is a true believer in the power of transferable skills. He builds strong, trusting relationships with students, families, colleagues, and senior leadership, fostering collaboration across teams to support student success.
As a creative problem-solver, Jim analyzes performance data to develop innovative strategies and programs, ensuring
students have the resources they need to reach their goals. He also
brings keen attention to detail and financial acumen to his work,
effectively managing large budgets to coordinate a wide variety of
student-facing programs.
A natural leader with a passion for
helping students succeed, Jim thrives on cultivating and developing teams
that are driven to make a meaningful impact. At his core, Jim is committed
to making students’ college journeys more accessible, informed, and
inspiring.
